Without checking, if they are both listed on the same thing eg drivers right arm.

Then one is for a 22" blade and the other is a 26" blade.

You want the latest/biggest RPO/DAM number as that will be 22"

What's the problem?

I had it last year and it has come back.

Right in my eye line where the hook is on the blade, about 2 inchs up from the base of the screen in a curve it misses the screen. I have tried the trick of putting a cable tie on the spring to pull it tighter, worked for a bit but not now. It has become dangerous to drive in the rain as the screen is not clearing right where that is.

Been told the arm has gone.

Yeah it probably is the arm thats gone then. Unless the wiper blades you are running are too big so they aren't going flush to the screen.

Iv got the Bosch Aeros 21" and they have been fine, I have even swapped the blades over and it still happens

Must be the arm then like you said.
