#3: Re: A bit of help Author: Lee, Location: EnglandPosted: Tue Jan 11, 2011 6:34 am ---- Without checking, if they are both listed on the same thing eg drivers right arm.
Then one is for a 22" blade and the other is a 26" blade.
You want the latest/biggest RPO/DAM number as that will be 22"

#5: Re: A bit of help Author: Lee, Location: EnglandPosted: Tue Jan 11, 2011 6:38 am ---- Yeah.
Just checked and thats the part number you want [SINCE RPO No. 08470]

#8: Re: A bit of help Author: Mikey2uk, Location: StevenagePosted: Tue Jan 11, 2011 6:43 am ---- Thanks Lee. fingers crossed that solves the problem
#9: Re: A bit of help Author: Lee, Location: EnglandPosted: Tue Jan 11, 2011 6:44 am ---- What's the problem?
#10: Re: A bit of help Author: Mikey2uk, Location: StevenagePosted: Tue Jan 11, 2011 6:48 am ---- I had it last year and it has come back.
Right in my eye line where the hook is on the blade, about 2 inchs up from the base of the screen in a curve it misses the screen. I have tried the trick of putting a cable tie on the spring to pull it tighter, worked for a bit but not now. It has become dangerous to drive in the rain as the screen is not clearing right where that is.
Been told the arm has gone.
#11: Re: A bit of help Author: Lee, Location: EnglandPosted: Tue Jan 11, 2011 6:54 am ---- Yeah it probably is the arm thats gone then. Unless the wiper blades you are running are too big so they aren't going flush to the screen.
#12: Re: A bit of help Author: Mikey2uk, Location: StevenagePosted: Tue Jan 11, 2011 6:56 am ---- Iv got the Bosch Aeros 21" and they have been fine, I have even swapped the blades over and it still happens
#13: Re: A bit of help Author: Lee, Location: EnglandPosted: Tue Jan 11, 2011 6:57 am ---- Must be the arm then like you said.
#14: Re: A bit of help Author: Mikey2uk, Location: StevenagePosted: Tue Jan 11, 2011 6:59 am ---- Cant see it being anything else to be honest
