#1: 206 Front Bumper Author: mrbenjamin, Location: ManchesterPosted: Thu Jan 13, 2011 3:38 pm ---- Hi there,
Just looking for opinions. I'm after a front bumper with spotlights for my LX to replace the non spotlight bumper with a gaping hole in it from the previous owner. The problem is it's quite difficult to find it in the dark metallic green. My question is this, will a black bumper look stupid?
Thanks

this would seem the sensible option really

Although grey is similar, it would still look odd.
#5: Re: 206 Front Bumper Author: mrbenjamin, Location: ManchesterPosted: Thu Jan 13, 2011 3:50 pm ---- £60 for the bumper and £110 extra + VAT for it sprayed,
I don't have that sort of money.
#6: Re: 206 Front Bumper Author: mrbenjamin, Location: ManchesterPosted: Thu Jan 13, 2011 3:52 pm ---- If anyone knows where I can get a KRU coloured front bumper with spots I'd be very grateful

That's Pugbitz for you... They quoted £60 for a heater console and I got one for £15 from a scrap yard

#11: Re: 206 Front Bumper Author: meady, Location: basingstokePosted: Thu Jan 13, 2011 4:03 pm ---- i only paid £100 for my front and rear bumper mouldings, side strips, boot strip, badgeless grille and all interior bits to be sprayed, would have probs cost more than that doing it meself
#12: Re: 206 Front Bumper Author: benb, Location: north devonPosted: Thu Jan 13, 2011 4:37 pm ---- it should cost about 30 pound to get it sprayed

The whole bumper? Bargain The paint alone would cost most of that.

At about £26/ litre for 2k and it will only take about an 8th of that? Any top end place would charge around £100 but the cheaper places will do it for anywhere £30 upwards and leave it as a gun finish - no wet sanding.
