Looks great Seb.
Saw a matt black (!) VX going the other way on the French autoroute the other day with gloss black wheels - looked really cool actually. Thought of you!

I just realised the car is really dirty and the wheels are shiny and clean and it looks stupid.

Can't figure out whether to put the V back on in silver but leave the badge black, or whether to paint both the V and the front badge in black and put it back on.... confused! I'm going to take it to a mate after work at 5 and must have made my mind up by then!

Mate, by mid april you'll have a supercharged VX!! Are you excited or what?! I'd have had to change pants several times already!

Fairly yeah! I'm not a huge track nerd, though I've done loads it's not my main aim. I just like the acceleration and noise, and hopefully when I'm done it'll be amazing!

Am popping to a friends on thursday to take a ride in his, only the second I'll have been in, his is built to the same spec as mine so I'll see just how well it goes.

Awesome! I understand what you mean about tracking it. For me, cars are all about acceleration. Its not about driving over the speed limit along roads, its about the pick up! Love it! Only reason I liked my Dads elise was for that reason... and for the noise (Janspeed dual exhaust system) and the fact it felt like you were driving a very fast rear wheel drive go kart!
