Get a list made up from ecosse and buy your own parts
There is another company called Pug1off who are highly rated for this kind of work

Never let anybody else work out what you need, the 'experts' can overlook things and you'll get a surprise when the costs go up. Best thing to do is ask on the forum what you need in order to get a wider range of views.

The TU5 106 Gti's can make 180-190 with them
So a TU5s should be abit better with the better head,
And some High Comp should get over 200bhp
