17" alloy wheels

will 17" alloy wheels fit on a 1.2l and if so what will i need i.e. spacers and tyre size,

if u get the right off set it will fit fine but will slow the car down and your gear box not goin like it. i had 17s on my 1.9d and im glad i took them off. as car drives better now

thanks very much for the info mate, by chance do you know if you can get gti 180 alloys in size 15"s or 16"s as i wouldnt mind that style alloys

correct ofset will be fine if they are wrong you will need spacer and longer bolts

180,s come with 17s and no one has any promlems with them even 4 up

yer 17s are ok, already been said but the car will be slower and handle worse but u can run them.

For fitments search its been asked loads of times

nope but nimrods u can i think. my mate had 17s on his 1.4 and then put 15s on and loved u 15s better

i also went from 17s to 15s on my 1.1 was best thing i ever did lol car drives 10x better

the 307 have 16s that look a little like 180 ones

but they come with 205-50-16 so the tyres would need to be changed to a 45 profile

well atm ive got some team dynamic monza r 15"s which i got second hand for next to nothing and one wheel has a big chunk out of it so have saved up some money about £400 for a set

it on here dude on the vartal mod bit put pic of your car up and the wheels u like and ask if sum1 can put the wheels on your car.
