i cant get it out either as how it screws on it goes into the actual engine.
how will i go about fixing this?

Or a stud removal tool. It is a set of drill bits designed for this purpose. they work in a standard drill but in reverse (like you are undooing a screw rather than sscreing it in) and they first of all drill into the stud that is left and then grip/screw into the hole and unsrew the stud.

They do have a tendancy to snap if you use them wrong or put too much pressure on and they are tougher than the stud itself so it would have to be spark erosion then I'm afraid.

Helicoils you drill out too big and fit a helicoil insert then the new bolt goes into that.

as above, just get a thread extractor. they're not expensive, and they've practically paid for themselves for me (like when a spark plug snapped on one car)

How tight was it Shocked

Give it a couple of weeks & it will start leaking oil out, the covers warp very easily if your ham fisted doing the bolts up Laughing
