Car will never be going to the 'ring so I decided to buy this;

Everyone who hasn't been or is still dreaming and never going to go should have one of these.

Mate, where did you get the black chrome nut covers from? My nimmies are arriving this Tuesday and will be refurbed in gloss black (i think, not sure if they would look good or not Confused ), so they'd match brilliantly!

Black Chrome Wheel Nut Covers

I bought the ones that are in the link above. I've had them up again the standard silver ones and they are the same style etc just in black chrome.

My wheels will be home for thursday all finished in gloss black so as soon as they are home I'll get a set into the wheels to show you what they look like.

Thought I'd pop up to my local Pug garage to find out about my Armrest. Guy said that they'd misplaced my armrest as it arrived last week.

So pick it up and got home and fitted it.

Got the rear section off and line up the whole in the bottom of the armrest and marketed it out wiht a centre punch. After that I cut the whole big enough with a 10mm drill.

Screw the bolt into the bottom of the armrest and then slotted it into the section and nutted it up. Got it tightened up and got it fitted back into the car.

Really impressed with it as it's in a comfortable position Smile Definately recommend it to everyone else....cost £65 which I think was a good price as it holds two drinks once the tops flipped over and has loads of room on the inside.

I didn't miss it read it and completely forgot about replying as my internets abit on and off.

I've not got the time to do the a,b & c pillars at the moment as I'm really tied up with Uni. As soon as I can do them I'll get a set wrapped up in suede as I've got the set from the GT.

Going to be doing the roof and pillar covers at once in the same material.

Thanks mate Smile I'm selling the SW aswell as soon as the SW is finished as like you I'm sick of the unreliability of them...but I'm going German. Just deciding on what car I want but at the moment it's a Lupo GTi winning.

Nice choice mate Smile But yeh I'm getting my Mom's C-Class for a lil while after I sell the XSi to keep me on the road and I've driven it twice already and it's a lovely motor.

Already started the hunt for one...if I get one it's gunna have to be red Very Happy

Update time...

I made some homemade H4-H7 adapters for the morettes. Robbed the H4 plugs from a Clio and the H7 plugs from a set of broken crystals.

H4 plugs...

...H7 connections from crystals...

bits I didn't need...

...the bits I need...

...and the finished pieces...

Also my Nimrods are now finished and back...

...and in there rightful place on the wheel stand.

Got the black valves fitted...

...and also tried the black chrome nut covers.

Centres are going to be sprayed professionally Smile Still waiting for the car to be picked.

Next step is getting the tyres and getting them fitted. Also still contemplating on whether or not to get some moonstone lip tape.
