#22: Re: Show cage Author: chris_rock206, Location: Belfast, Northern IrelandPosted: Tue Jan 18, 2011 6:04 pm ---- Im not on about a full a roll cage, my mate has one that sits in the back of his saxo and its no were near the front its just for show and most of my mates think its pretty decent lookin. it is only bolted onto the seat belt points or something in the back, so its no were near the front. there's ones on ebay for like 100 quid but cant see any other ones.
And tbh its my car so i'll stick watever on it/ in it, it doesnt have to look like everyone elses car, even then if you do that you just get slagged for copyin other people.

Chris I am the first to say go for what YOU want but keep in mind that these things disintegrate on any impact so if you are in a crash it can still become a hazard. If you can live with that, go for it if it makes you happy but just be careful.
#24: Re: Show cage Author: MrBSI, Location: What's it to you? ? ?Posted: Tue Jan 18, 2011 6:09 pm ---- Show cages can be deadly in a big accident, the tubes can split, shatter & cause all sorts of nasty injuries to the people inside the car.
One heavy rear end smack & that cool looking show cage can turn in to a deadly weapon.
Also how much is a show cage gonna load your insurance premium? ? ?
