now then!
my mate crashed his 206 into the same wall as me lol two nights ago, anyway he was a little luckier than me as he only had pannel damage so we repaired his car yesterday.
Trouble is now tho we cant get it started, he said the engine was still running when he crashed so he shut the engine off incase of oil/water leaks and that was the last it ran.
We got new lights etc on it but none are working, so ill write a list;
no lights are working
wipers dont work
indicators dont work, however the rear hazards work but without the ticking sound inside the cab
engine wont start just turns over, we checked everything the old fasioned way and found fuel was getting to the engine but the sparks arnt sparking.
tried a bsi soft boot etc, nothing.
the remote central locking doesent work but the key in door locks all doors.
The oil gauge built into the dash says thers no oil but the dipstick says its full. and the oil sensor looks to still be intact.
im wondering if its the immobiliser, ive got a diagnostic tool on order should have arrived today, so ill plug that in when i comes. just wondering in the meantime.

Its gonna be a BSI scan & it will come back with CRASH DATA STORED

To trip the BSI like this it must have been a heavy impact, it needs PROFESSIONAL inspection to the chassis! ! ! ! ! !

can you do a bsi scan on those fault code readers?
and he dident hit it that hard, its the kerb that triggered the bsi thingy, i did mine once on a pothole, took it to a garage and it came back running, so i dont know what they did.

Its been hit HARD to trigger the BSI like this, they ain't easily tripped Wink

Scan it with Peugeot Planet.

CRASH DATA STORED is what it will most likely come back with Laughing

I would also check every fuse inside and out. A blown fuse can trigger the immobiliser which is what it sounds like. Wont take long, maybe 10 min. its woth checking. If it was noyl a bit of a bump then its not likely to be the BSI trip. I have hit mine pretty hard before and that didn't happen.
