#1: Gti handbrake light Author: supacook2k, Location: walesPosted: Thu Jan 20, 2011 3:48 am ---- When going around a roundabout or a sharp bend the handbrake light flickers until I come off the roundabout or bend. Anyone have any ideas on what is causing this?

No, you just need some long nose pliers or a long, flat headed screwdriver to wind the piston back in.

Check the handbrake switch & wiring then, as a test swop it for the glovebox light switch as there exactly the same part
