How hard are Arb Brushes to change?

And what is involved in changing them?

Very simple job actually, but made easier if you remove/change the droplinks at the same time.

Undo the large torx bolt (very stiff so use a long breaker bar) un-hook the metal housing, remove rotten bush & replace with new (New bushes on the GTi are £5 each IIRC) then latch the metal bracket back on, tighten torx bolt & replace droplinks.

Repeat on the other side.

No.2 is the bush & 70 is the bolt.

The bushes are £8.93 for the GTi ones but will be different for your 206.

To be fair if you dont know what a torx screw is maybe you should pay someone to do it Laughing

Actually it's more of a reverse torx bolt. See No.70

No need to remove drop links from the car. Just unbolt both ARB clamp and it drops down nicely.
