Touch up paint/stick?

My girlfriend recently found some sticks in her car, it looks like they're little touch up pens/brushes for a colour. It's genuine peugeot got paint codes etc anyone used them?

I've got a few hideous scratch marks here and there where the paint is removed and was wondering if they'd work or would you still need to prep like spraying?

I've used touch up pens on stone chips & stuff, they're not perfect but pretty amazing really...

Little areas/parts ain't bad but a long scratch would stand out really. Good detail over scratches would sort them if they haven't gone down to the metal.

I just washed the car & dried it first... Just the bits I was doing! Then applied it straight on, it's already got the lacquer in it, bit like nail varnish!

i brought some from peugeot not long ago and it come with one with paint and one with laqure but even though they used my chassis number to get the right one the colour still isnt a perfect match so yeah just use it on stone chips or where the paints come off seems like the door edges is bad for this

Yeah I just got it now and mines separate to, says on the back that slight colour shade is unavoidable which is understandable but has to look better than white dots.
