#1: 2 Litre HDi Engine Cover Author: Mitch, Location: ScotlandPosted: Mon Jan 24, 2011 5:49 pm ---- I need to put my engine cover back on asap... as the standard clips are pretty poop.
Has anyone got any ideas of how to attach this cover without spending £20 on standard parts that will just fail again?

Then used wingnuts and washers to secure it down. I find it easier to get on and off now, and it doesn't seem to loosen either.

Same here, and under engine tray held on with cable ties as these clips are naff too!
