I have a dent in the bumper, was told you could get it out with a hot air gun/ hairdryer will pop some pictures up tomorrow after its had a wash. I live in the country and it has taken 3 days of driving back and forth to work to get apsolutly coverd! Evil or Very Mad

Look in the how to's but I really don't think it's a good way of doing it, my dads been a body panel beater and sprayer for +30 years and had never heard of this!

Metal panels are a tad different to plastic bumpers though.

Take it off and give it a bit of hammering from behind, should pop back out, hot air gun might help.

Tell the truth i wouldn't know what to suggest without seeing it
