It is the 'anti-pollution fault', its due to the new readings that the ecu has to learn thru the increased fueling. It should go off after a week or so of driving. You could try connecting the tuning box, and disconnecting the battery to reset the ECU to default, to see if that makes it go off any quicker.

It WILL fail next year as the mot test is changing slightly & becoming a lot more tougher
