to stop the god damn vibrating engine cover on the GTi!!!

i tried the method on 206gti.net and it worked kind of for about a mile until the bits of cable insulation flattened out, i then tried putting electrical insulation tape over that which also worked for about a mile but it just comes back again!!

for anyone that doesnt know what im talking about

It worked for me. Used thicker bits of insulation & just slice it once so it sits in an 'O'

Sticky foam pads (cut-down numberplate fixers) on the underside of the cover - worked with my carbon fibre cover
