Update
I have given the mappers chance to sort it they have altered mapp again however it is still not as good as when i took it for the alteration.
Yes it is fast drives like petrol but the torque is not there at all realy.
Now has just over 1 bar when i took it it had 1.2 bar
The car was running loveley before and without fault, with plenty of power which required a clutch upgrade.

Thay say that the origional mapper no longer works for them and they have a new one.
They have said if i am not happy with it they will refund.

Any sugestions for mapp on rr ?

i didn't even know there was a reputable remapper in Sheffield. Based on this forum, I would only got to RS Tuning or Red Dot, however I have a friend that runs a place in Chesterfield that do remaps so I'd probably go there for a discount

derv doctor in derby is good at diesel.

RST certainly did a great job on mapping.

or you can get mr. whibbys map (i think he is the member in the 306 forum),

or get the map from the dermark guy (can't remember his user name in here, surely he got an account in TDCO as well)

If the boost has changed but you haven't changed it manually then either {a} your turbo is fahooked or {b} you have a boost leak somewhere...

For Mr.Whippy go to TDOCUK. Smile

As others have said I would give the turbo a good going over to rule out mechanical fault.

My turbo died a couple of days ago and had to re do intercooler pipes so they have a lip on ends and can now clamp solid no boost leaks now still not achieving the boost I had though so it must be down to new mapp restriction .
