#1: Lower arm problems. Author: Davels, Location: NorfolkPosted: Fri Feb 11, 2011 6:39 am ---- My nearside lower arm was replaced nov last year due to me having a speradic knocking noise under the car a slowish speeds turning to the right over unevern ground. The car still handle perfectly and held the road as normal. Over the past month the car is making an indentical noise turning to the left so I'm thinking that the other side now needs doing, which isn't a problem. The problem I do have thos is that the car does feel as direct on the steering and a little like the tyres or overinflated. Can this be cause by the failing lower arm? As i said before there were no handling problems when the nearside went.
