I accidentally drove over a screwdriver in my old fiesta, it was late at night and I didn't see that some idiot had thrown it into the road, it didn't take long for the tyre to go flat. Personally, I would bin that tyre and get a new one

I had one similar but it was only a 5mm screw and had gone into the main part of the tread so could just unscrew it basically Smile You may be lucky..
