But I've also heard from others it can cause more trouble than its worth. Been told a good service and running the more expensive fuel is just as good.

infact, tbh it does f*** all, putting some higher octane fule in and kaining it would do a better job of cleaning the engine

TBH I've always used Redex in my 206 and never had any problems, just notice the MPG increases against the times I haven't used it for a while
