The windows in the welding bay at my work look lovely with all the bits of metal stuck in the glass

They mostly only show on the very rare occasions I clean it. I don't actually find it that suprising after 9 years and 122000 miles with the same windscreen.

The 'problem' is some cars get a new windscreen every couple of years when they get cracked by a flying stone or something. The 206 windscreen seems relatively tough, I've had alsorts of stuff bounce off.
