Hey guys,

Whenever i rev the engine just sitting stationery, it revs fine but they come back down veerrry slowly its strange. It doesn't sound like i think it should.

I made a video a while back but its really distorted as i put my phone too close for how loud it is lol...but you should be able to tell from it.

Clicky

Any ideas?

LilLew is right my 206 had the same problem the last owner used an oil that was too thick even that was reccomened by peugeot, I would just do an oil change on it with a slightly thinner oil

one thing i would do is before you do the change put some engine flush in first just to make sure it is clear

this cannot be oil problem.

check your throttle body and cable, make sure they are free to move.

not sure that it could be the oil tbh, why would that cause the engine to return to idle slowly???

more likely the idle control valve throttle body etc, i havnt looked into it yet though lol
