you'll need to take arch liner that connects to bottom of bumper off. And you can get access this way to hold it square bolt. It can be done by another route but could end up making more damage.

have fun mate they are the most annoying bolts ever designed and put on a car as they always spin

i had this problem with mine when i was replacing my wing, took me a good 30 mins to get a way to get it off Laughing

yeah thats what i found happened with mine

you will have to employ the help of someone and get a pair of pliers on the edge of the square bolt to try and hold it while someone else undoes the nut from the top

awkward but its the way i managed to do mine Very Happy

The square bolt head is suppossed to be held by two plastic runners, stupid idea as the plastic just bends! I used two sockets and the bolt snapped in the end, replaced it with a new one and some copper grease in case i ever have to undo it again

Mole grips underneath to clamp it or if it's too tricky try and grip them on top but not too tight as it will ruin the thread Sadly there isn't really another practical way.
