Yes it's the throttle body heater.

ah ok thank you, trying to fix the problem with the cars lumpness when you hold it at an rpm and that was loose so thought it might be a problem but probabbly not.

Try cleaning the map sensor too. Could be the coil pack that's a problem. At a steady rpm the lambda sensor is used so could be that at fault...
