#1: Loss Of Power - Decat - ECU Light Only? Author: Lewis1304, Location: NuneatonPosted: Sun Mar 13, 2011 4:10 pm ---- Hey Guys,
I have a 4-1 manifold with decat, drives lovely when I turn the ecu light off but when it comes back on it seems sluggish. What can I do to fix this? Do I need new lambdas or do I require to fool the lambda to think the cat is working right and how would i do this?

why are so many people fooled into thinking N/A cars go faster with a de-cat...
you need a cat of some sort to create back pressure in the engine...

it will stop the light.
if the performance loss is due to the EML then it will solve that too
