The pipes on my LCR have a bead / lip on their edge to help the silicone pipes remain in place. You can make the same lip with metal glue, or the other alternative is to burr them with a file to make them rough, helping with grip again.
Just a thought....
or change your pipework / FMIC for one that's less restrictive

some smaller ID clamps have landed today so i'll fit them next time it goes bang! lol

I left the undertray off last time so had it sorted in no time with a smaller clamp.
I've decided just to get a remap on it's own now. I really can't afford getting the exhaust done now due to the car needing new tyres and the back wheel on my bike collapsing.
Gonna call Paul on Tuesday to have a good chin wag and book it in for a few weeks time.
