well the smooth door locks, smoothed aerial will have filler around them so paint will be naff round them i would think, dunno,
i dunno the white comes off so easy with the thinner on, no effort once it gets going. then i just wash it down to get all the residue off.
next door has some in his garage so we tried it.
Ah fair enough, looks rough as hell. Who would even attempt to do that with such little knowledge

#64: Re: Northantsben's xs project, **PG4 latest update** Author: NorthantsBen, Location: Raunds, NorthamptonshirePosted: Thu Mar 24, 2011 1:57 pm ---- Well all I'm doing ATM the min is lay a cloth on car and pour thinner on cloth (holds it self to side of car etc)
Leave it 5mins, take off cloth and it's all bubbled up.
Then just remove it with credit card type card.
So very easy ATM requires no effort the tough bits I will sand.
+ this methord there is not White dust flying everwere all over next doors car lol

as for the rear fog, i dunno yet, if i keep the rear lights (thinking of smoothing them in or somthing similar) i will just change one of the reverse lights into a fog bulb and rewire them. (fog on the correct side of course )

The exhaust you've got on at the moment is just waiting for a speedbump to come along and put a huge dent in the backbox

The exhaust is purly there ATM to stop noise while moving car around drive etc. it's not on brackets it's just hanging there lol. will be fitting a standard saxo exhaust as its shorter so will be hidden under car and not be seen.
