ok so i have done some research , and the problem could be the air gap between the sensor and the fly wheel or ecu, any 1 know how to check the air gap??

It's not adjustable.

ye i know but could a warped flywheel / warn / dirty teeth casue problems?

I Admit Defeat Sad going to pug today for diags only
at £92 per hour im only having the 1 hour !!!
will update soon but im not convinced they will be able to tell me whats wrong and probabbly coe back with some spill about the ecu

they will update your ecu, thats the first thing they always do and then see if the problem goes away, you dont get proper diagostics untill the second try in my experience lol

SOLVED

PUG reccomend champion plugs, and not the bosh super 4s that are like 3 weeks old,
champion plugs, ecu was clear of fault
cost me £143 but its fixed so im happy.

I'll give you a clue, camshafts are at the top of the engine...the sensor will be found there!
