They will fit, but the black plastic part at the back won't fit properly, so I believe they won't be as watertight. You can chop and glue bits of your old lights to make them fit better.
My advice: Just buy some normal Phase 2 rears

Wont notice it atall with boot shut though.

That depends on how cheap the OP can get the CC ones for
Phase 2's sell for roughly £35 posted so if he can get some CC ones for say £20 then he may aswell.
