But the looms behind the headlights couldnt reach down to the fogs could they?

They reached down the fogs very well,it's made for that purpose,I will post pics soon

no i mean the headlight looms could surely not reach to the fogs?? well mine dont!

Headlight looms are plugged into the headlamps Laughing

exactly thus not long enough to reach fogs Wink

2006 should have crystals as standard, so the h7 will be in use.

So the spare one should be the 2 pin, grey connector for the fogs.

Test to see if power is reaching the fuse like I said.

Could always check the amps when you turn the fogs on, to see if it changes.

Some 206's have both h7 and h4, just to clear that up.

Have you even got the fuse in the fuse box?
Turned on in the bsi?

Yeah I know they do. Bur a 2006 would have crystals as standard do using the H7 plug up, and a h4 wouldn't even come close to fitting in the fogs Wink

I looked over it yeah, else i wouldnt of posted, but help on here isnt easy to find, shall remember not to bother next time.
My point was have you got the correct fuse for fogs, *yep seem right*, i had to fit a new one to mine, also had to get bsi turned on *youve done this*, and i had the extra fog cables aswel.
Has the stalk been sorted to control fogs? or extra switch for it?

PS i was in a rush before when replying

I remember you had to swop your BM34 fuse box as the front fog fuse position was missing in your original one even though you had the wiring.

when i retrofitted fogs 'properly', all i had to do was swap the engine bay fuse box for one with the fog fuse (F6?) as my original one was blanked off, plug in the factory plugs that were taped up in the engine bay, and finally reconfigure the BSI settings.
this was initially using a comm2000 without a front fog symbol, but worked with the stalk twist mechanism all the same.

as your car is a 2006 i wonder if there is something additionally required?
i think this as cruise control has been successully retrofitted to 2006 and younger cars, but i don't think anyone has managed it on older cars - perhaps it's linked?

You didn't bother me at all,and your help is always welcome :),but being in rush that made you reply that way,so it's ok :).

Anyway,as said new fuse in place,BSI activated, but my stalk was only for rear fog light, but when checking on PP2000,the puls is working very well, and it turn on the front and back, but the front don't work Sad

mine got the fuse holder, and there is +12v in the fuse, which means it's working, this is so confusing Rolling Eyes

Take the grey plug of the back of each front foglight, turn the front foglights on & see if there's 12 volts at each grey plug using a multimeter.

Have you replaced the stalk with the correct front and rear stalk?
