#1: Mud flaps - gloss or matt black? Author: juanfernandes, Location: LondonPosted: Fri Apr 08, 2011 12:13 pm ---- I've bought front and rear Peugeot styled mud flaps.
Not sure if I should put them as they are (matt) or colour code them.
Gloss would look better, but the mud flaps aren't rigid plastic, so I think the paint would crack as I put them on.
Also, paint would get damaged really quickly.
Thoughts and examples of both?

What is the right paint? I'm sure there must be a how to on spraying - will look into later.
Did you have them onthe car before you colour coded them? Just wondered if I should they harden a bit and keep their shape a bit better?!?

It'svery easy,just give it time to dry well between each coat and stage
