Hey, just wondering if anyone had any suggestions head unit/cd player wise... I have a radio as standard and disk changer in the boot, wanna remove the radio and get a cd player that will i be able to connect my ipod to (that part is a must - needs to be able to connect to ipod)

Also if i chose to remove multi disk changer there would be an empty box in my boot taking up space i suppose thats unresolvable? (apart from having the boot refitted...

Cheers in advance

you can get a head unit that supports the CD changer (if you require it) or you can sell it on here if not required anymore.

heres a link for you that has ipod supported head units
HALFRODS

Alpine units are recommended by alot of people on here

Im sure Bachu, will help out with a nicely priced Alpine HU Wink (dont get anything else if you wanna use ipod/iphone).

you'll need a fascia plate too (fills in the gap between the HU and the center console).

you can remove that cage that holds the multichanger and replace the carpet with one that isnt shaped for the changer. should be pretty cheap at a scrappy/ebay/someone on here.

I agree with Mr_Cellexe Alpine is your best bet. But if you have a iPhone or iPod touch the bluetooth streaming works great with Sony's MEX-BT range and its a phone kit too! Only loss is the control of the ipod track next/previous
