I think its definately hangin off mate.
looks like the bolt isnt done up enough, or your missing a bolt completely.

Just because the previous owner installed parking sensors...that are upside down:/ and re wiring was awful, he hacked through original wire as he had a soundsystem in it before. But Betty got rewired
I don't know about the exhaust, it's a 2000 2.0 dturbo, single exhaust

Days of practicing machine polishing seem to work wonders on the car. I'm currently learning how to wet sand and buff out so that I can fix up some stone chips and the likes.
