#1: Axle Stands Author: kuushty, Location: HertfordshirePosted: Sun Apr 10, 2011 6:32 am ---- Ok, i managed to get axle stands under the front subframe ONCE while doing the brake pads (thats all sorted now thanks btw guys)...
I'm now patching the exhaust, but i can't seem to get it up high enough anymore using the side jacking points and wanting to put the axle stands under the front subframe again..... am i safe to just jack it up on the side, then support it about an inch away with an axle stand then go under???? or are there any other points where i can put them near by??
Thanks
Rob

had this idea given to me by a garage when they had a car so low they could put it on a ramp for MOT, So they found some bit of wood and eventually got it on there lol
