    ----
Hi well im new to 206info I have a 206 1.4 LX not the best model but it will do. Iv had it for abit and iv always wanted to do something major with but never had the balls, well i must of only just grew some because here i am!! n there is no going back now.

This is when I first got the car, I've recently bought a body kit for my car Smile opinions welcome because i know there not everybodys cup of tea.
The body kit is a 206 Big Evo!! nice and wide ;).
heres some pics of the progress so far try and block out the black roof and boot its all getting fully resprayed. I have fitted putting the kit on yet needs tightening up fillering and smoothing out but im gonna show yoy anyways...

I have run out of time this weekend so i shall be resuming next friday afternoon when i finish work.
What i have planned for it is fully resprayed undecided to which colour yet im kinda thinking white?? If anyone has any suggestions feel free. Im getting new head and tail lights, new spoiler, full exhaust system. thats the exterior ill start the interior after iv finished outside.
well there ya go thats wat im going for let me know wat you think and be nice lol

I think this could look quite good ( not a lover of bodykits anymore Smile ) I think a dark colour like met black or matte, ask for some photoshops once you've got it ready for spraying

if its all filled and smoothed into the bodywork properly and a good paint job then i think it will lok quite nice. Yeh go for white, have seen tht bodykit on a 206 in white before and it looked rather nice, could get some black alloys and spoiler then aswell Smile

just noticed aswell youve dne the right fing by getting the phase 2 boot strip Smile

Yea I am abit stuck with the door strips really! Im not too sure what the doors are left like when they have been removed i.e say grooves or anything like that be grateful if anyone can help me out?

Oh the boot strip Smile yea I really think they make a huge difference

Yeh it will, you need to grind away the lip then weld in a pannel for perfectly smooth doors

yeh they do, its funny though because you see some people have spent hundreds of pounds putting big bodykits on and resprying it, then they have a crappy phase one boot strip on and sometimes it aint even colour coded Smile

I just want this week to hurry up so I can carry on lol

Good luck with it!

As long as it doesn't end up like one of those cars that have chicken wire for grilles and gaps as wide as oceans between the bodypanels then i say that it should look good. Smile

Thanks for all the advice I think I'm heading in the direction of having it White because it does look really smart. The biggest thing I don't want to happen to this car is make it look like a chav car because that is really wat I'm not going for lol!
Just to let everyone know I'm gonna be doing every little thing on the 206 with my own hands including the paint job, I think you get alot of satisfaction when you can say I did that

Has the beginnings of a promising show car..just do a good job. I reckon a deep purple would look great, given the angular body shape. Any idea what wheels you want to go for?

Just stay with me people and have faith that's all I ask lol. So the plan for this weekend is to start smoothing out the body work making sure it all looks well...smooth. Not much else I can do till my new air compressor arrives. I will post more pictures of my progress as I go. If any one has any tips or helpful advice go for it.
Also I'm just wondering what kind of replacements are out the for the front upper grille with the badge on? I know there's debadged ones but I'm looking for something different I do like the one on the picture but can't seem to find one. Cheers guys

I thought id change the colour of my dash, iv sprayed it blue before but i thought seeing as im spraying my car white, why not? so heres a few pictures of the progress.

Then I got some new interior bits and went to work on it.

Thats my old blue ones and the new white ones, dont ask me why i did them blue lol i thought it was a good colour at the time.

Fitted.

Then i decided to do the middle section.
