#1: door cards Author: Seabook, Posted: Mon Apr 11, 2011 3:10 pm ---- right, need to make up some cheap aluminium door cards as it catches the door bar.
would 0.5mm thickness enough or do i need 1mm thickness?
have seens some carbon fibre one which is about 1mm thick but i don't fancy spead 100+ on just the door card.

Nice idea actually, would be a pain to form tho im sure.
