Rear suspension sound

So have searched but I think either I am not using the right criteria or its not on here.
Anyhu, have this sound coming from the rear of my car. It seems to be suspension related as each time it comes, it's when there is some form of suspension movement..for example I am crazy lead footed, and when I lift off to shift and the acceleration eases, as the suspension adjusts the sound comes. And other similar scenarios.
It's a low pitched squeek, best I can liken it to is, well, a low pitched version of the sound an old bed makes when having a solid shag Laughing
Any ideas?

Could be the bearings on the suspension arms.

Do this:

Open bootlid, push the car up and down, see if you get your sound now?
