Thanks but it's all gone now Sad

Bought some vortexes, was going to get them powder coated but the night before realized it was a mistake.

Here's a peak at what's to come, you can probably guess who's and what they are Laughing

Aux belt had started squeaking so I got a new one, also replaced the pollen filter old one has seen better days.

Could never got the lower torsion bar out, until I got an old anti roll bar and an axle stand to prop it up. A few dozen hits and it got completely smashed out Smile

Had some janspeed coilovers with no collars so I swapped them off my FK ones and fitted them. Hoped the ride would be better but they feel just as s**t to be honest

Played around with loads of spacers for the new wheels, aimed for 20mm but even 15mm rubbed. Didn't want stupid stretch as I actually wanted it to be a decent daily driver. Ended up getting some brand new eibach pro spacers off ebay for £30 instead of the rrp £85 - was quite a steal

End result after a clean

more stretch more poke other than that i like it

With those tyres that is literally as much as it can get on the rear, 5mm more and it rubs like mad

Being 16" 7.5J I could have dropped from 45 to 40 profile giving it a tiny bit more stretch, but after that the next size down is 165 which is just far too much for me like I said I actually want it to be drivable

185 or even 175 at a push would have been perfect but sadly non exist

I really like it, your tire choice keeps it drivable. 165 looks great but it would cost you a set of wheels each year.
