im not trying to do it for it to be a first thing, we had a drunken bet at the pub as there was a 406 in the yard and i knew of a cheap 206 with a knakered gearbox..........plus were able to get hold of a 2nd hand turbo kit for £500, but fitting it is gunna be a job........anyways, i take it no-one knows where the shifter kits are available from?

So its now a 206 v6 turbo?

Right......

thats a future possibility but for now were just trying to get it running smooth for now, one problem we would have is the map as the whole project is a budget project......so far its cost us £63 for balancing the shafts and some specialist welding......

Let you into a secret.... there is no such thing as a sequential gear kit.... you need a sequential box. You also need a few grand to buy one. But if your interested I can get you one for the V6 engine from Sadev

youll probably get s**t for doing it on a budget and 'not professionally' on here

but fair play to you mate, sounds like a lot of fun Smile its projects like this with your mates that are some of the best things you can do.

we always do the 'budget' missions as it proves to everyone that you can do a job without spending thousands, two years ago they fitted a supercharger to a 106 gti which only cost just short of £150 in parts and the only expensive part was the new mapping, still running strong beating most big cars on the road!
