You can get them from anywhere that makes plates, but they won't be road legal. Number plates

No, they would be classed as show plates so would be illegal to use on the road. Some police dont care, some do but loads of people use them, its up to you if you think the risk is worth the reward

As long as the Font's and size's are correct most copper's won't bother, Just keep your old one's in the boot and if you get pulled swap them over. My brother is a traffic cop and wouldn't even think about pulling someone for plate's like that due to paper work. Plus knowing that perv he probably wouldn't pull you over to look at your plate's
#47: Re: so come on... Author: peachypeachez, Location: March, CambridgeshirePosted: Fri Apr 15, 2011 9:25 am ---- Ill have to print em out and have them checked, yep ill stop cluttering too
#48: Re: so come on... Author: Davels, Location: NorfolkPosted: Fri Apr 15, 2011 9:33 am ---- I know 3 peaople in Norwich who got pulled, £60 and 3 points. It's the fact that there are not reflective and you can be seen as "perverting the course of justice" as speed cameras have difficulty in picking them up.
Whatever way you look at it they are illegal, and as such your car is not road legal with them on surely? Thus voiding your car insurance which can hold a fine and 6 points on your licence. Worst case scenario
It's a risk and not one I would take just to look like a french man driving in the uk lol
#49: Re: so come on... Author: peachypeachez, Location: March, CambridgeshirePosted: Fri Apr 15, 2011 9:37 am ---- Lol fair point - not worth it - i just dont want the s***ty plates that are on mine at the minute, there must be limits to what you can have on them where do you find stuff like that...
