#1: Burnt clutch? Author: t_11!, Location: wiltshirePosted: Fri Apr 15, 2011 1:55 pm ---- Yesterday I drove my car a bit to erratically and i could smell burning clutch. The clutch stopped engaging and I was going nowhere. I managed to coast the car home. I have left it for over 12 hours now. I just tried to drive it and the clutch feels stiff, the travel seems shorter and the clutch doesn't bite. Is it a case of just leaving it for a while longer or am i going to have to get a new clutch?
Cheers for any help.

10000 times better than the one I had before!
For the little extra, it's definately worth it.
