Ah I see what that does now, I can imagine if it's really that strong though it will cause a slight increase in brake wear, as even that tiny fraction of pad/disc still touching will get scraped off as soon as you put the power on?

In GTI180 you can only use 406v6 MC with ESP support.

Mine has ESP, but I still cant imagine how V6's MC would fit into 180..

You can use every Peugeot MC's in 180. But if you want keep your ESP working you must use ESP capable MC.

You can use any bigger MC from another ABS model of Peugeot's. Like 306gti6 or ABS 406 3.0v6 coupe.

Is the GTi6 master cylinder bigger than the GTi180?
Surely the 407 will have a big master cylinder in the range with ESP?

23mm but I'll double check when I go up to get some stuff from the 406 on Friday. I think some of the bigger saloon cars that peugeot have done iirc the 407 with the 4 pots has a bigger mc but not sure what size.
