You could try and heat it depending what it was glued on with otherwise if it's broken and you don't need it just prise / snap it off it won't damage anything else as long as you are careful.

Mine was like this, just pull it and it should come off but don't propper rag it off just incase it damages your paint (It shouldnt but just warning incase lol)
