sounds like youve maybe got a problem with either your fuses or bsi?

Sam-c had similar problems but he got his checked at a garage which turned out to be bsi, id be tempted just to take it to a garage for them to look at it

your fan could be the wire as they tend to corrode and disappear lol

as for the lights where di d you get them from? are they cheap ones (no offence)

Fan is likely to be a corroded wire. Wink

My cables to the green relay were green dust Smile Probably that.

The LED's, could just be the wiring, maybe something touching?

Nope they are genuine ecosse ones, jazzi (kencogirl) and Lodey owned them before me, no offence taken lol

The lights could be a poor earth or a faulty loom, I had it on a set once. Could be damp or something, I just replaced the loom and they were fine.

Do you have aircon is a start?

If not its not the relays

IIRC Its a bumper off job.. If your looking at the fan housing from the front its the bottom left cover. (You will knwo what I am on about when your looking at it..

Its only if he has aircon mate

Otherwise its not that at fault

(non aircon have different fan setups)
