With ref to the anti-freeze, most stuff from Halfords or a motor-factor will be fine. Its normally 50/50 mix, but read the instructions on the bottle. Make sure the whole system is drained and flushed and all the radiator hose connections etc are connected then fill the expansion tank whilst the heating system bleed plug is out (its at the back right hand side of the engine bay). When bubble free mixture comes out close the bleed plug, top up the expansion tank to the max level, put the cap on. As long as everything else is finished, start the engine and warm it up till the fan comes on a couple of times, check for leaks etc, then when the system has cooled down check the level again and top up as necessary. Good Luck
