my mechanic has changed ecu,bsi ignition barrel,coil pack checked its getting fuel and pressure but its still the same turns but wont fire.was wondering if the ecu etc will need reprogrammed as heard that if everything is changed dosent need reprogrammed.

Non plexed or multiplexed 206?
Crank sensor checked?
Timing belt checked?
Coil pack?
Spark plugs?
