Basically i did the reverse of taking off so yeah done properly

Id definately get the nuts/bolts checked for tightness, and the only other thing that comes to mind is that there is a worn bush or a knackered beam really.

Yeah just like that but also on flat
Dont think i did the nuts very tight, just tight so you cant loosen by hand

This is what happend to mine when i got it lowerd. Tightend them up and it was fine
