I may have the same noise, but i just put that down to exhaust, happened after i lowered her more

They is so much pressure on them it's so easy for them to come loose. Exactly the same happened to me and yes it sounded like a knocking noise.
Just tighten them and it should solve it.

Nuts needed tightning up as they were not very tight, just that it said on box not to tighten them which confused me
