Before I get bombarded with people saying "search" I already did, maybe I used the wrong key words but whatever.

Basically, I start the car, the revs move up to about 900-1000 which is the normal idling revs but then revs begin to bounce, maybe even as low as 600rpm but the car does not stall, and it drives fine.

Any ideas? possible blocked injectors? or an ECU issue?

Funnily enough, I was going to post up with the very same issue after doing a quick search and found this thread.
This happens on my PETROL '03 GTi, and my brother commented that that this issue was also present on his '97 saxo VTR and I've also seen this issue on a '98 106 GTi.

As his car was under dealer warranty, Citroen reported a dodgy oxygen sensor straight away over the phone, to which they changed and indeed, the issue cleared, even after 6-7 years of ownership.

I have already changed my Post CAT Oxygen sensor due to a fault a few years back but considering my brothers Saxo only had the Pre CAT Oxygen sensor (phase 1), this must be related.

Question though, is the car fine during a cold start and does it go to stall every 2-3 minutes when its warm!? Thats what I'm getting.

I do have running sensor diagnostics if the bigboys can tell me what reading to look at.

It doesn't have any problems starting from cold and it doesn't go to stall every 2-3 minutes it's just when it's idling after I start the car it happens every couple of seconds. Doesn't seem to happen whilst driving though

I don't have any issues driving either, only idling.

The fact that this issue only exists when its warm hints to the oxygen sensor (going into closed loop).

I can do some running diagnostics tests on mine.
