Does anyone know where I can/if I can get one of those fuel filters that filters water out please?

why would you want one, stuff like that used to be put on old mk3 fiesta etc

I would have thought that the 206 diesel already had one fitted. There would be a drain screw at the bottom of the fuel filter housing.
The older diesels had one fitted so you could go to a scrap yard and see what they have, and then modify it to fit.
TBH if you are using homemade bio-fuel, you're asking for problems.
